Hands and Body sensor

General info[edit | edit source]

Hands and Body sensor is triggered by touching it with a hand, any other part of the body, and metal. It can be easily hidden behind a wall or under a desk.

The maximum load of the feeback connector is 50 mA. If you want to connect something with a higher current load, connect an external power supply - then the maximum load is 1A.

Step 1[edit | edit source]

Connect the Hands and Body sensor to the Universal puzzle controller via included Ethernet cable.

Step 2[edit | edit source]

Connect the Universal puzzle controller to a power supply.

Step 3[edit | edit source]

Whenever the sensor detects the human body, metal object, or liquid (for example, in a glass), it becomes triggered and its red diode lights up.

Step 4[edit | edit source]

You can hide the sensor behind a non-metal surface, up to 20 mm (tested through plywood).

Step 5[edit | edit source]

If the sensor doesn’t trigger or triggers too fast, use a screwdriver and adjust the sensitivity with the screw on the back.
